Way too many guards

The mustache requires daily attention; maybe that hair grows faster. The neck line keeps moving down, and I'd like it to stay put. But this tool has more guards that my barber does, without the heft of his professional clippers. So this thing just sits on my counter; it's easier to use the scissors and Gillette razor.

Received Used Twice

The first time I contacted Best Buy customer service and asked for a replacement. Once the replacement arrived it was also damaged. Sadly, I have not been able to try this item.

Works in a pinch but a barber is way better.

It could use better directions and the print on the directions you do get is so small you need magnifying glass to read. Have only used it once so I can't review how it will hold up with use. So far, so good.

Slight concern
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great value, I’ve always loved Phillips trimmers, my only complaint is it’s advertised to be waterproof and it doesn’t really go into specificity, I’m concerned because the charging port is exposed and I’ve had a Phillips 5000 break due to water damage.
