The blades are excellent, it has more attachments than I could possibly need, and it HAS POWER! I personally keep my beard just above stubble length, but I've had it long and full as well. This trimmer could handle both easily. And thanks to family genes, I have nose hair that grows like weeds covered with fertilizer and this trimmer handles that quickly, cleanly, and easily. I would highly recommend!

We highly recommend charging your device fully before using it, especially if you have thick hair. The process should take up to 2 hours. It is also very important to keep your device clean, and free from hair, or debris blocking the cutting part. If there is anything that may block it, your trimmer could have more difficulties with cutting your hair.

In fact, I installed the wider trimmer & the 4mm comb, and I’m done. I just want to use it for my buzz cut. As it turns out, I can use this setting for my beard too. So, the rest of the pieces are stored-away in the convenient little zipper bag, which comes with the 7000 model. I’ll probably never use them. Using this set-up is just great. I get a great buzz cut and the 4mm length is just perfect for my needs. The lightweight trimmer is ergonomically easy to handle, and the quiet motor is powerful. The blades are sharp. The internal Lithium-ion battery recharged in a few minutes. I’m impressed, especially at this reasonable price point.

Great Trimmer with Great Options

The Phillips Multi Groom 7000 provides the first complete trimming solution that I have found. It does provide close shaves/trims and the various attachments enhance the functionality of the device. There are also a large number of attachments which makes it very flexible. Very happy with this product.

I am not much into "manscaping" or body shaving but if that's your thing there's an attachment for that. The things I used were the longer hair guards to trim and thin out my goatee that hangs down about 3 inches off my chin. It worked great to trim that up. I also tried the shaver head which worked good. I am usually a lather up and blade shave guy but if I ever needed a quick shave, the shaver head attachment would work just fine. The regular head on the trimmer without a guard worked well to even out sideburns but there is a smaller precision head to sculpt your beard even better. This might be weird but in my opinion the best attachment is the nose hair trimmer. It sure beats a pair of tweezers and watery eyes from the pain. It worked great.

It's a complete waste of money. And I regret buying it.

The feel and finish of this model is excellent. The battery lasts incredibly long on a single charge. The stainless steel blades and body make cleaning up after use a breeze (just rinse with water and pat or air dry). The blades themselves are smooth and glide evenly, no pinching or pulling! The attachments are a nice bonus. The different size guards are easy to snap on and off to change, and there is one guard per length so you don’t run the risk of accidentally changing the length midshave (like you would with an adjustable guard). Comes with a nice little cloth bag and some cleaning tools to keep everything organized and well oiled. Highly recommended!

When trying to remove the shaver attachment, the head pops off the shaver. Hard to change from the trimmer attachment to the cutting attachment.
