Verdict is still out. I've only had for a couple of weeks. The heads seem flimsy and I don't know how long they'll last as I switch them back and forth. There are a lot of combs for the heads - which on the surface seems to be a good thing - but it makes for a lot of pieces. I think a "dial" might be a better solution so the comb could be adjusted up or down depending on the closeness of the shave. And when the combs are in the carrying case they are in a pouch meant to store them not to see them so you have to take them all out and line them all up to actually see which one to chose - and because they are for 3 different heads - there are a LOT of them. So time will tell if this will move from a 3 star to a 4 or 5.

So I have an older Norelco trimmer that I loved. It actually still works well but picked up this newer model. Three things I really like about the 9000. #1 - the case which zips closed, really nice when you travel #2 - all the attachments, I was originally overwhelmed but love all the options #3 - this unit feels like the real deal, my old unit is plastic so this 9000 is a step up from a finish perspective. Still learnings which attachment to use when but that is been fun.

Probably the best purchase regarding shaving I've done in awhile. Great for trimming while showering, and keeping up an appearance.

It is powerful and slim . Works as expected . Would have loved if it came with a better body groomer attachment like the previous series. I like to use without the protectors but it can lead to cuts so have to be extremely careful while using it .

This is a good machine with multi groom abilities. Powerful and easy to use. Also found very easy to change heads and extensions.

Lasts for about 2-3 years and use it every 2/3 weeks. Second time purchasing and has all the attachments needed for beard and hair trimming.

Works as a good trimmer. Carrying case works well. You can rinse it out just fine.

Definitely a versatile trimmer. I’m used to Andis equipment but this did the job easily fading my beard. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used quite a few multi groom products but this is by far the best. Every attachment you could think of, powerful and smooth.

I have been VERY HAPPY with this purchase. It has more trimming variations than I would ever really need, but this is easily the best personal grooming system that I have ever purchased!! Quality materials with solidly built construction. The battery life is great as well. I use this trimmer 3-4 times a week for my head, beard and body and I have only had to charge it TWICE, if you can believe THAT!!! I highly recommend this product!
