High quality multi-use trimmer

First one I have ever owned, so I have nothing to compare it to. One thing - it did not come with a Set of instructions to explain all the attachments. Some are different colors - what do the colors mean? There are a few different cutting heads which were easy enough to figure out but I would have read anything they included. I thought it unusual that they did not include an instruction booklet. Perhaps mine was shipped so by accident. But it does seem to cut well!
