It has self-sharpening ComfortCut blades (no more trying to find replacement blades), It has the ubiquitous pop-up trimmer and full-washability (not shower proof or submersible) The texture and contours make the shaver easy to handle. It comes with a charger and a head guard that protects the cutters. You can use it corded or get about 40 minutes shave time from a full charge.

This one says it completely charges in one hour. It didn't say it needed charging when it came out of the box, but I charged it so I would start with a complete charge. 3 1/2 hours later it finally completed charging. OK, I can live with that. Then I used it. It did not shave close at all. I gave it a few days to see if it would get better. It didn't so I returned it.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with your Norelco Shaver and understand your disappointment. Please know that at first you may not get as close a shave as you expect. This is normal since your beard will need time to adjust. We recommend investing three weeks and you'll soon experience the results of your Norelco. Also, it is normal to charge the Norelco for three hours without interruptions for the first use but after this, you can use the shaver while it is plugged-in and charging.

I was wearing my skin out rubbing back and forth in an attempt to shave my whiskers and finally gave up. I've had success with their other products with Philips Norelco but not so with this shaver. I was extremely disappointed!
