The items' heads are not easy to install and clean.

The trimmer does not trim as close as I would like it to.

This trimmer is okay, but not great. I was expecting more from Phillips. My Phillips body groomer is amazing!

I purchased this unit after my older Philips trimmer died after 5 years. I expected the same level of service from this unit but that is not the case. This unit barely functions and leaves many hairs uncut. I do not recommend this product

This trimmer looks sleek and comes from a credible company, however it simply does not work. I replaced an older Philips model - which I loved - that stopped working, but unfortunately is no longer available (other than $50 on eBay). Sorry but truth hurts.

Not Ready to use and to many fittings. Look for something else

This is a multiuse groomer that is great to use and is very portable.

This is my first time using this type of product so I wasn't really sure what to expect. This thing is super loud. There's no way anyone can use it to trim their ears without possibly damaging their hearing if it's used there long enough. It sounded like a bee buzzing in my face except a hundred times louder or as loud as my vacuum cleaner. That's how loud it felt to me. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if it had more of a low pitch noise. But the high pitch just sounded incredibly annoying to me that I couldn't stand a second of it. Next, I felt like it wasn't cutting anything at all. Perhaps I was completely misinformed on how close a nose/ear trimmer can cut. Of course I wasn't expecting a close cut like a hair clipper, but I at least wanted to be able to trim down some longer dark peach fuzz around and in my ear that still looked unsightly to me. I'm beginning to think these trimmers are only effective if your hairs are at least an inch long. Since it didn't cost much, I figured I could just keep the trimmer to trim something else like my chest or arm pits, but then again I'd rather not deal with the noise.

I used this twice and it wouldn't work again!! I switched out batteries and nothing. I had it a week. I'd consider stop carrying Philips products if I was Best Buy. The only bright spot is Philips replaced it.

Underpowered and not ergonomic, it is difficult to use

Does what it's supposed to do so can't complain not a bad device

Not as sharp or as good an angle to remove hair. I would not buy again

The product is as advertised however the cuts using the blades are much less than desired
