Does not work

I replaced an older Philips model - which I loved - that stopped working, but unfortunately is no longer available (other than $50 on eBay). Sorry but truth hurts.

Very poor performance

I expected the same level of service from this unit but that is not the case. This unit barely functions and leaves many hairs uncut. I do not recommend this product

Disappointing product

I switched out batteries and nothing. I had it a week. I'd consider stop carrying Philips products if I was Best Buy. The only bright spot is Philips replaced it.
