Cuts short hair but not for body

Wouldn’t cut hair on the back of my neck and I don’t ever let it get long. Pretty disappointed in that and will have to look for another one that will work better... for someone with thin hair will prob be fine. As far as the battery and how it feels the product is fantastic.
