Once charged, I gave it a try. After about fifteen minutes I'd managed to almost get a decent shave. That is far too long to only get adequate performance.

After I got the new one it worked great for 3 months and then the same problem again. Best Buy wont exchange after the first one if it’s within the warrentee time. I called the company and they sent me a new one this one has lasted for 2 months now. Fingers crossed.

When the product is fully charged, it should have a cordless operating time of up to 90 minutes. Your OneBlade has a travel lock, if this is activated, the device will not turn on. A padlock symbol will appear on the display when the travel lock is activated, the product unlocks automatically when connected to an electrical outlet, so the charging should also resolve this issue.
