Excellent Razor/Trimmer

This does not get hung up on my thick beard when trimming or when I cut it all off. Actually, this razor cut my time in half compared to others I have used. Easy to clean and it last for several weeks before needing to charge it. I use it at least once every other day.

Less pleased with the disconnect from a store that is supposed to be about technology.
