||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love this razor but, after I used it for some months, trying different approaches, wet/dry, after the shower, in the morning, different soaps and gels. I can tell you that it's pure garbage. Its value should be like $20 at the most. Take a spot where you usually need two passages to shave it with a not sophisticated, fancy, razor blade. With this thing, you need at least the double of the passages and, you will never have a clean shave. On the neck, it's the worst ever. There is no way you don't end up with an irritation and, in consequence, with ingrown hairs. I never had so many ingrown hairs in my life. Using it to clean the lines, do retouches and so on? Forget about it! The trimmer head ... a real nightmare. At every passage, you have to turn it off, detach the head, clean it and then, put it back. Why? Because all the hairs remain stuck inside, between the head and the razor blade. No matter what, you will end up with different lengths here and there, a total mess.

It's ok for a close shave for sculpting, but trimming is terrible. I would not recommend.

Sorry to hear that the desired results are not achieved when trimming, that is a shame and we hope we can improve your experience. We suggest to always trim in the direction of the teeth of the precision trimming comb making sure the flat part of the comb is in full contact with the skin for an even trimming result. Since all hairs do not grow in the same direction, you may want to try different trimming positions (i.e. upwards, downwards, or across). Practice is best for optimum results! Make sure also to move the product against the grain. As an extra tip, trimming is easier when the skin and hair are dry.

After several uses I've not been able to get the angle just right. I'll be returning it.

The battery went from 100 to 0 in 5 minutes. It did well for the 5 minutes it worked, so if you get one that works, then good, otherwise, I wouldn't trust it.
