It’s not that good. It is better to buy the one which is 17$ than this product.

Does not provide a close shave and misses parts of your face and neck. The more pressure you apply to more seceptable you are to a rash on your face or neck.

So my experience with these types of shaving devices is limited. Since Covid started I decided that since more than 50% of my head wants to be hairless I might as well make the rest that way as well and I wasn't about to use a regular razor on sides of my head. First I bought a cheap one for the price and quickly remembered you get what you pay for. So along comes this one which works much better. So for anyone reading this that is looking at using an electric razor versus a regular blade shaver I'll share a little bit of those differences. On my face I can use this guy to get a smooth feeling just as much as my blade, however there are a couple of spots on my neck that I can't get smooth for the life of me. Also, an electric razor doesn't save you time if you want smooth. If you are happy with a so short you can't really see it but is still prickly an electric shaver is fast and easy to use and I've been using it some morning now just for the convivence on my face. On my head I would put both into the same bucket for the end result (Yes, I used a bladed shaver to shave my head just for this review). This shaver is quick and easy to use and then if you go over your head 3 or 4 times you get a pretty smooth feeling from most directions. The bladed device was the same on the 3 or 4 times side for a pretty smooth feeling from most directions, however, it took quite a bit longer and the results were really close to the same so the electric razor came out with the win for being best for he head. On to the actual device. Firstly the build is nice, the power button is in a convenient location and it is comfortable to hold. I've been using it in the shower everyday since I bought it and it needs charged about every 3 days depending on how smooth I try to get my head. I have used shaving cream with it and it has had zero issue with that as well. The charger is the normal two prong end that can handle water better than any type of USB port can but make sure to check the voltage level if you think to use an old razor plug that looks identical, I've noticed that the voltage levels are different on most of them and that could cause issues if your thinking of them as universal plugs. On the back there is a flip up trimmer which is really nice for trimming longer hair like your side burns. The head of the shaver itself which I guess is technically a blade seems to be nice and sharp and didn't dull after the first use like the first one I bought did. It doesn't seem to have dulled at all and the manual says to replace it at least every year but this most definitely depends on usage. The head also flexes really nicely. Overall I am happy with this razor and it fits perfectly for what I need it and want it for and would recommend it.

Fair shaver, trimmer feature leaves a lot to be desired, it’s not very good on coarse hair.

Charge does not save very well. Wish it would not require so much frequent charging.

I had been using a Panasonic foil razor and the battery is getting weak. I thought I would try a norelco again. Never really liked them though. Thought the batteries in it were about dead, sounded real slow. But I guess it is real quiet . It did a great job the first time. I shaved my face only. Today I did face and head.Face was fine and the head I think would have been better If I had taken more time with it. If you are shutting it off by accident you are applying too much pressure to the skin. This thing does not like wrinkles,it will nick you pretty good. It is a shame the employees are not as sharp as the razor. This was probably my last trip there. Call me Best Buy and I will tell you about it.

This product is not as sturdy as depicted, battery life is poor and cutting has to be intensive

The head wears out much too fast to be of use to me, and the new head is expensive.

It has to be recharged if not used for a few days.

If you have the beard of a 14 year old boy then this is the shaver for you. Takes about 35 minutes to shave so your face is handsome again. But forget it if you have hair under your face (neck region), because it will not shave that area.

This review for the product description, not the product itself. The pictures for this product show a travel case, which I needed. No such thing included. Returned. Best Buy, please correct.

Got this at a great price but you get what you pay for!!!!

The Norelco Shaver works perfectly. it shaves both dry and wet very closely.

Its ok works well but doesn't shave smooth.. i rather shave with a razor

It gave me a pretty bad rash. machine was slow, I could feel the plucking of hairs.

Had skin itch after using this product. Not per expectation.
