Good product. I ended up switching to the Braun Series 9 because it was faster and easier on my skin.

This a great razor it shaved real close. I would buy again.

Replacement for older Norelco. Is pricey but considering the length of time used last model, it's not so bad. Very sleek look, like option of using wet or dry, and the charge pad is so much better than plastic case that came with older model. Very happy with purchase

I tried the 7500 model but didn't like it, but this one is great. It gives a really close shave, and the battery life is outstanding. I've been using it for a week, and still at 90% charge. It's also very easy to clean.

Smooth shave just as good or a tad better then the top Brown shaver ,better made then the top Brown . I compared with the Brown series 9 9370cc . All made of plastic body parts with silver paint Norelco has real metal pats on body it feels better in your hand

I have never been able to use an electric shaver until now. Nothing is ever powerful enough or shaves close enough for my liking due to my course and plentiful whiskers. That is, until now. I know this razor is expensive, but in my opinion it is worth every penny. Where do I begin? First of all, opening the box and the convenient travel case that it comes in reveals a visually stunning piece of equipment. It is sleek and beautiful. It comes with a Qi charging pad and a trimmer attachment. I had to clear a spot on my bathroom counter for the charging pad which is a little large in my opinion. I put the razor on the pad to revisit at a later time. When I came back to my charged up razor, I turned it on and started to shave. This thing is powerful! Just holding it in your hands feels good. Even though the razor kind of jumps when you turn it on, it is so quiet. I decided to just splash some water on my face and not use any soap or shaving cream to see how it worked. Unbelievable! This thing shaves pretty much just as close as a straight razor. It glides so effortlessly over my chin contouring to every curve, nook, and cranny! I never in my life would have thought that an electric razor could shave so close. Halfway through my shave, I was greeted with an alert to let me know that there was a clog in the heads. How awesome is that! I cleared the heads and continued what turned out to be a wonderful shave; definitely the best electric shave I have ever had. Now that I have the S9000, I cannot imagine going back to straight razor shaves. I know this thing is a little expensive, but quality and performance costs money folks.

Norelco still could have done better. I use the razor to shave my head and face. If the razor head was designed a little differently to be able to shave lower nose and ear hairs, I would rate this a 5 star. I have had about 5 Norelco razors and all seemed to have been designed by someone that does not utilize an electric razor regularly.

i have sensitive skin, especially on my neck area. So far dry shaving still irritates my skin after shaving every 3 days or so. Haven't tried to wet shave with shaving creme or anything. Shave looks very upscale and nice, but not sure worth over $300. Still takes several passes to get my hairs on my face and neck. Little disappointed as advertised as closest and best philips electric shaver to date.
