The blades keep falling off. Terrible customer service fro Phillips.

I've always used electric shavers. Normally Panasonic foil brand but mine had some high miles so decided to try something new. I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving my Philips Norelco S9000. The sleek and stylish design was amazing. Has a motion sensor display as well as a beard adapt sensor. You can also change the speed and intensity to fit the speed or comfort you desire when shaving. Overall I was very impressed with the closeness of the shave it provided. The only somewhat negative is you can't do sideburns by simply flipping it up on the back of the shave like most foils. But this does include a very nice attachment which provides literally a razor sharp line The led display is big and bold. It's simple to clean. I'd highly recommend this to those looking for a new electric shaver Pros - Wireless charging! - Head doesn't heat up as some shavers do - Super close shave - Doesn't dry skin out like I've experienced with other electrric shavers. Cons - None really, this thing is amazing

The Norelco S9000, is both beautiful and effective. Gives a very nice shave with no ouches. Quick charge function is also nice uses basically the same technology as your cell phone. My only drawback was that a the razor didn't cut quite as close as I needed it to. But all in all still a good shaver. And the included trimmer head kind of help that problem. I was able to clean up any loose hairs that were left. This one is definitely worth checking out.

It's very nice. I'm using it for 5 years. If it breaks I will buy it again.

This shaver is great. I use it in the shower everyday with shaving cream with no issues. I didn’t get any razor burn or irritation which I thought was going to happen. Also, the battery life is about 2 weeks before needing a recharge.

I've been using Philip's electric razors for about 7 years now. I started with the terrific 3D shaving head but when the heads became discontinued and were replaced with cheaper alternatives I decided to move on. However, when I did I was severely disappointed. Even Philip's high end razors were grossly overpriced and the materials used for the blade were no longer worthy of being deemed a premier product. It tugged and pulled on hair, even on short stubble and was never as comfortable. This time though, Philip's has returned to form. You can instantly feel how much more comfortable the razor head is against your skin, even with frequent everyday use. There's no tugging, no pulling and no irritation. It's still a bit of a bummer that at the price it doesn't include a cleaning station and isn't even compatible with any of the existing cleaning stations, but that being said it's still a premier razor, even if it's overpriced.

Very good razor for a close shave but no settings if you don’t want the clean shaven look.

I’ve been a blade/wet shaver for a decade and a half, with a couple of electric shavers in the past. But after a couple of weeks to adjust, I may never buy another shaver. Quick & easy to clean with a wireless charger has me hooked. Now a lifetime customer.
