It's just a replacement blade for a shaver

However, they are more expensive and appear to be exactly the same. Yet, I don't think they perform any better and didn't cut as well as the old blades even brand new. I would try to find the old Philips Norelco HQ8 blades first.

Seem like originl worked best.

Norelco Shaving Heads
