One set was delivered. Since then, Best Buy has repeatedly committed the FELONY of making the FALSE CLAIM that you were unable to deliver the second set. GIVE ME WHAT I PURCHASED !

Dependable Norelco quality without question.

What I had used for 12 weeks were off Amazon. I went more than a couple of days without shaving (one time) and the results were more than painful, due to the hair being pulled out instead of cut. As a result, I didn't even try to shave my upper lip. I bought these, got home, put them in, and in minutes had my wonderful Norelco quality shave once again without any pain. Don't try to save a few pennies. BUY THESE.

These replacement heads were a vast improvement: no painful pulling of beard hairs while shaving! These do the job well with no pulling. It's been too long since I purchased my razor new to be able to say they were "like new," since I think there is room to improve. However, but after my prior purchase I'll gladly accept the "pretty good" shave these heads provide!
