Please don’t waste your time on this product. It really doesn’t shave or trim. It’s more like it pulls your hair out. I’m glad with my discounts and about to expire reward certificates I only paid $22 because it’s not worth the original price of $79

I have been buying and using Norelco shavers for decades. Started with the wired and then wireless. I've never had any issues with any of them until now. I picked up this 5000x on June 29th. Last week it started making noise. I contacted Besy Buy and was out of the return window, so I contacted Norelco. After chatting with them for almost an hour, they basically refused to cover the item, until I jumped through several hoops. I've since contacted corporate but have heard no word. I don't have a backup, so I have to buy another shave. I can guarantee it will NOT be a Norelco. And if I don't get a response from them in a timely manner, I will
