The reason I give this five stars is because my husband had a very difficult time finding a shaver that would not cut his face. This one seems to be doing a great job. He told me that he loves it. His skin is softer and no cuts!!

Battery lasts a long time - over 2 weeks. The shave, however, is mediocre at best. I've owned several Phillips Norelco razors and this one is by far the worst shave.

I gave this shaver one try and it made my neck extremely sore. I decided to return it. Best Buy allowed me to print a return label and I drove to a drop off place. It went to Best Buy and they sent it back to me saying it was not returnable. I cannot recommend the shaver or Best Buy.

This shaver really works well. My plan was to buy this one and move up to the next model if I did not like this one. I really like it so I kept it. I am a black male. I seldom have issues with hair bumps.

Not a bad razor, but also felt it could have been a bit stronger for my hair type( curly). Felt as if I had to go over my head more times than expected to get the desired results , and my hair is very short, close to being bald lol.Honestly I switched to a real razor shortly after.

maching is excellent, but the sore ( best but) have a bad attitude the price change for 79 dls to 49 store does not give me the difference. i contact credit card that have it for more than 30 yeasr. never a late payment and then help me whit a credit of 30 bucks. tanks to my credit card!!!! but store.... bad!!! really bad . customer have to know that there to many options to buy in others stores that have more flexibility and better attitude, because mger have the potestad to do it, but they refuse!!!im not buy anything more at best buy!!!

A good razor for sensitive skin, but it does struggle on some parts of the face.

Awful big for the function. Blades seemed to heat up.

First time trying a shaver and Im impressed will continue to use and update.

I’m not sure if I would purchase this again, months later and I barely use it. Mainly because I feel like the shave isn’t clean enough.
