He had been knicking his head and neck...and was so surprised that I told him to just pick out what he wanted with this purchase. The bonus has been no more soaking the pillow cases because of the dried blood!

Husband Loves It!

This one seems to be doing a great job. He told me that he loves it. His skin is softer and no cuts!!

Good Battery - Mediocre Shave

My plan was to buy this one and move up to the next model if I did not like this one. I really like it so I kept it. I am a black male. I seldom have issues with hair bumps.

I've never had any issues with any of them until now. I picked up this 5000x on June 29th. Last week it started making noise. I contacted Besy Buy and was out of the return window, so I contacted Norelco. After chatting with them for almost an hour, they basically refused to cover the item, until I jumped through several hoops. I've since contacted corporate but have heard no word. I don't have a backup, so I have to buy another shave. I can guarantee it will NOT be a Norelco. And if I don't get a response from them in a timely manner, I will
