It's good for small hair but if you have a heavy beard, this doesn't work properly. The straight blade shavers are much better

The blades don't look good and the shave is not as close as I ever had. I used Philips Norelco shavers for a long time. This is unusual. Unfortunately Best Buy return policy is with in 15 days unlike Amazon's policy. I made a mistake by buying at Best Buy.

I am glad I opened the package to examine it. I immediately noticed one of the stickers were cut, with the other sticker being peeled back. I checked the shave head and there was a thick long black hair sticking out of it. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone. I will never buy another product from Best Buy after this experience. No cares were given. I thought $50 was a good value, don't be fooled.
