    IN MY LIFETIME ,I AM 80 YEARS OLD . I VERY RARELY READ THE DIRECTIONS ON THE VARIOUS SHAVERS I HAVE BOUGHT AND USED OVER THE YEARS. THIS TIME I READ THE DIRECTIONS AND IT GAVE ME THE VERY BEST CLOSEST SHAVE EVER. ITS ALL IN THE CIRCULAR MOTION AS INDICATED.....THANK YOU

    Much better than my last Norelco shaver. I'd give it 5 stars, but I don't like the useless "gadget" app to tell me how to shave. A waste of money.

    Terrible design compared to my older Norelco. I went on vacation and forgot my shaver so I went to Best Buy to get one and decided to get a more expensive model than the one I had been using. That was a mistake. The head design on the new one makes it difficult to get close around my nose and ears. Also, the head is constantly springing open while in my drawer and the trimmer is less effective than my old Norelco shaver. I am so unhappy with it that I would have returned this model but I wasn't near a Best Buy before I had to fly home. I recommend getting the less expensive, rounded head model.

    No normal plug in or adapter included. Not any better than my old 2000 series, cut my lip first use. Don’t need an app for a shaver. USB plug really?

    It’s ok. It cuts well, the top just easily comes off while shaving and gets hair everywhere. I should have went with the $350 model but this will do for now

    Best thing I've bought for myself in some time. Used to break out badly after shaving. After about a month, the breakouts subsided, and my beard when it growns back in is also softer. Crazy right.

    Fair I still use my old shaver to get a better shave. This is the other item I was putting on my Best Buy Card and was told my card had expired. It has been cut up. I had asked for a new card and no response. I have had at least four problems now
