My only issue with this is that it really does take multiple times to go over the face to make sure you get all the hair. Doesn’t pull hair and has grey battery life.

This is the other item I was putting on my Best Buy Card and was told my card had expired. It has been cut up. I had asked for a new card and no response. I have had at least four problems now

I thought this would be an upgrade but really isnt much more effective than the old one. The app connectivity just feels like a gimmick. It works good but a bit pricy.
