I having been using this toothbrush for just about a month and haven’t had to change the battery yet. The included cover is better than most. I feel like it’s gives enough power for a good brush, I prefer an electric toothbrush. This toothbrush is good for traveling, I think as a main toothbrush I personally wouldn’t use it.

I like the compact size and portable design. The "sonic" power is what I would call adequate. It's more powerful than other compact toothbrushes I have tried but keep in mind that it is still just a single AAA battery powering it. This will be my travel brush as it's easier to pack in a bag and is cheaper to replace if I were to ever forget it somewhere.

The bristles are soft yet effective, reaching even the most difficult areas. The ergonomic handle makes it comfortable to hold.

This means that the toothbrush will only charge on an older style USB-A port and won't work with your phone charger (USB-C). This is a dealbreaker for me as I purchased this toothbrush specifically for travel. The toothbrush is a reasonable toothbrush and I would put the vibration power in-between a traditional brush with no vibration and a sonicare toothbrush.
