I got this for my wife as she has been looking for an electric shaver. Pros: She loved the color of this Philips Satin Shave electric shaver (the next thing she said was what other colors does it come in?) She loved the weight and how the shaver felt in her hand, that it was contoured to fit smaller hands. She loves the fact that she can use this shaver in the shower and also use it without showering. She loves the fact that she can use batteries and not have to use a cord or keep up with a cord to charge this shaver. She likes that it is compact enough to carry in her toiletries section of her suitcase as she travels. Cons: She tried the “dry” shave of her legs and found that it was not very comfortable and was almost painful that she couldn’t finish. She also noticed that if she didn’t use the shaver in the shower she didn’t get a close shave on her legs. The same was true for her armpits, to the point she could not finish the shave. Even w/ the use of my shave butter it still did not allow her to get as close of a shave as a normal razor. All in all she likes it and will continue to use it.
