    I bougt an older version of this model 8 months ago. The link between the vibrator and the brush broke. I went to best buy for repair by Geek squad. They informed me that the product cannot be repaired but Best buy accepts return of the product. I bought this as a replacement. This newer version looks better and slimmer than the last one. Hope Phillips addressed the week link issue and this brush lasts longer.

    I've been very pleased with the Phillips Sonicare in the past but I will probably not buy another one because I can not simply plug it in the an electrical outlet in my bathroon. I had to BUY an adapter so I can plug it in to charge in my bathroom instead of at my computer.
