Good Toothbrush

Haven’t actually started using the new ones yet as had one more replacement brush head for the old model. I am confident I will be happy with the new ones.

Not as good as original product

Box did not warn customer about power issues. Once I read the product insert, it said Phillips didn’t include those items because it was bad for the environment to produce the power cords or plugs. Once I called Phillips and complained, they sent both plugs- free. Customer service people at Philips were not helpful. They sent me a link in email to register toothbrush . When I clicked on the link, it said Phillips was not accepting new registrations or subscriptions. A comedy of errors. My old Phillips was great. This is a poor product and even worse customer service. I would not recommend.

Sonicare 4100 toothbrush
