    I loved this toothbrush before it stopped working. It did a great job keeping my teeth clean. Unfortunately 11 months in it became very loud and the brush was vibrating but not cleaning at all. Its way too expensive to die so early.

    This unit died after exactly one year! philips offered me a 20% off a new $400 toothbrush. it just died wont turn on at all. This is the fourth philips sonocare that has died on me in 5 years. I cant ever recomwnt this brand ever again.

    I purchased this toothbrush almost three years ago, and it recently stopped working. Considering the price tag of $400, I expected better durability, especially since the warranty only lasts two years. In contrast, my Oral B electric toothbrush, which I bought for $100, has lasted over a decade without any problems. I expected much more from this product.

    Defective and Philips wants "patience"?

    Product stopped working properly after 9 days and support "wants to look into it" as opposed to replace. Stopped recognizing smart brushes, tried 3 new A3/C3's. Reset handle, unpaired, repaired, uninstalled/reinstalled app, turned bluetooth on/off. Tried different location. Connected as new handle. Deleted all brushes. Also won't turn on scrubbing feedback. I asked Philips Customer Care to replace and they want me to be PATIENT? This is a NEW, $300 product with the worst support I've ever seen. DO NOT BUY.

    Not worth the money.

    Purchased and tried for several weeks and unit is no where as good as the the 9300.Very cheep recharging unit and controls are terrible.The 9300 has an awesome recharging unit and great controls on the tooth brush itself.

    I have used Sonicare Electric Toothbrushes for many years and dewcided to upgrade to their best model. I have had nothing but trouble from day 1. The Bluetooth constantly disconnects and the brush brushes extremely hard and vibrates in your mouth. I have called and emailed Sonicare multiple times over a 3 month period and it takes them 2 weeks to get back to you. Philips Customer Service is not what it used to be. I ended up sending it back for a refund which will take months to get. Goodbye Sonicare...Hello OralB!

    Expensive, but worth it compared to entry level Phillips. Have not compared to other upscale Phillips products. Its changed my brushing routine for the way better.

    Poor Best Buy Policy

    My toothbrush was delivered without a head. Best buy won't offer any options to replace it or send a new head because I'm outside of the return window (by just a couple of days) following the holiday period. This is a knock on Best Buy, not the toothbrush itself, as I haven't been able to use it.
