This device is an upgrade from my plug in base connected Braun model. The convenience of this wireless base free model - is all I can say about Sonic product, if the device is not held almost perpendicular it does not operate effectivley. I would stick with something more versatile.

If you havent bought this product, you dont know what you are missing. Excellent way to floss and refresh your mouth

Does a great job of getting between your teeth and along the gumline. Use it before or after brushing...it does not matter.

Best way to fight plaque. I was all thumbs when it came to flossing. This solved ,my problem.

I hate flossing and this is a good substitute. I also love the black color as it is sleek and matches decor better.

Good value. Less messy than waterpik. Because of ease of use, more likely to floss.

This is still the best thing I've found to clean between teeth. I like the three shot mode, so you don't have to wait between shots. The old one could be too powerful at times, but overall, I prefer the higher power of the old model. Reliability seems better than the original model, which could stop working if you let t dry out for several days.

This works so much better than regular flossing. My gums look a lot better after using this for over a month.

So I bought two of these and one works perfectly fine and the other stopped working very quickly. I actually have to try and return it which is a bummer because it was a gift. I read a few other reviews saying similar things and thought they just got unlucky. Other Phillips things are great but these are a miss sadly.
