The pressure was at maximum and even then it wasn't any where near as efficient as my 15 year-old Braun. It didn't come close when faced with the "ultimate" challenge...the Butterfinger test!

I thought it was a possible defect in the unit I purchased, so I exchanged it and the new unit also leaks. I never used it again and found the product expensive as it does not work as advertised.

We are sorry to hear you are having some leakage issues with your AirFloss, and we understand your disappointment. We would like to see if the following trouble shoots can help your situation.
If the leakage is coming from the nozzle area, try to remove and re-insert to ensure that the nozzle is fully inserted. There should be a small gap between the nozzle and the handle, but this is normal. If the leakage is coming from the reservoir, there are two solutions you can try. (1) After re-filling water or mouthwash into the reservoir, close reservoir door by pushing in the center of the door. This will ensure that the reservoir cover is close, and you should hear a clicking sound. (2) Ensure that you do not put too much water or mouthwash inside the reservoir. If you overfill the reservoir, and then close the door, the excess water will come out/be released. If this happens, simply wipe the area and handle off with a dry cloth.
