They last about three months which is pretty good. They don't appear to be any different than a standard tooth brush so I couldn't justify paying any more than the sale price for these. I would recommend at the sale price.

These are really bad. Not worth it even on sale

But you really pay what you get for. These barely vibrate on my tooth brush. I make sure to put it in all of the way. The bristles are terribly soft for a medium. Brushing with these leaves my mouth feeling dirty. I'll have to reassess my budget, but I think it may be time to move on from this brand. If you can afford it, definitely go with the DiamondClean brushes. Skip these entirely.
