I love this water flosser! This is my first time purchasing one and can say that it has definitely made a change in my oral health. It’s convenient that it’s cordless and the battery life is actually quite long lasting.

No setting to control “frequency and volume per pulse.” Unit disperses too much water per pulse. To clean 4 quadrants of mouth a reservoir refill is needed.

Is a bit messy to use. Could hold a little more water. Overall not a bad product.

I LOVE this water flosser AND the Best Buy customer service. Even after brushing and regular flossing, the water flosser displaces a surprising amount of particles, while giving my gums a great massage. Plus, Best Buy delivered faster than my Prime account promised. Win-Win.

This is a great flosser while it works. I bought mine 5 months ago and the pump just started to intermittently fail. I need to turn it on and off to resume but then the timer resets. Loved it and now disappointed. Will contact Philips. Best but says i will get “promotional value” for a posted review. I didnt know that, this review is my exact experience. Great but the pump is failing after 5 months.

Went through 2 other brands of water picks with dismal performances. Read reviews, watched Utube critique & purchased this Phillips Sonicare water pick - what a great product!!! It outperforms the others hands down - roomy reservoir, great pressure with 3 speeds, & travel-friendly!

Purchased this to replace my Waterpik brand that had stopped working after several years…big mistake! Not only is it loud and less powerful, it stopped working after 2 months. Buy the Waterpik instead!

This water pick is the best. It will absolutely remove stain and tarter from hard to reach teeth. If ur on the fence take the plunge. You have to use it in the shower, it is messy. But worth it and it was on sale! Their support line is great too.

Best buy is the most horrible store to deal with. They sell you the item but when you go to pick it up……..they’re out. Sort of like the Seinfeld rental car bit. “You know how to take the reservation, but you don’t know how to keep the reservation”. So we are done, Best Buy. There are so many better options out there. Amazon, other stores, anything else. Every time I have entered your store I’ve left unhappy. Well, no more.
