    This product worked really well at first, but unfortunately, after 3 months, it won't turn on any more. No matter how long it's plugged in to charge, the water doesn't flow and none of the buttons are responsive. The most it will do is flash all the lights simultaneously over and over. I've tried contacting Philips support, but it has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience so far (and is still not resolved). Going back through other reviews, I see I'm not alone. I wish I hadn't bothered with a product that would die after 3 months.
