Never had a water flosser. And although it doesn't replace flossing, it definitely makes a difference. Highly recommend.

I bought it less than 2 months ago and it doesn't charge at all... already?!! Why would you put usb-C charger on a product like this if it's having issues with moisture detection already!!! If Philips refuse to fix it would be the worst flosser I've had far!

Machine broke within the first 30 uses. It no longer pumped water and after checking it wasn’t clogged, I figured it was just a bad product. I’m hoping I will be able to get it replaced since i do like the way it works.

The best dental water jet around

I love this thing! I have had a variety of WPs over the years and the thing I always detested about them was the stupid spiral plastic cord which got in the way and was just an utter mess to keep clean etc. I always avoided these cordless ones because I imagined they'd lack the power. I was totally wrong. This has more than enough power and I am never using the max level. I can use this and wipe it off with a towel and it's clean... and dry. Literally the only thing I'd change about this would be a slightly larger reservoir for the water because I, not all the time but often, run out like 10 seconds too fast... but no big deal, I just put some more in quickly by flipping open the port, fill and close. Honestly, this for me is perfect not to mention, it is totally travel ready. Yeah, you might need to take the hand piece in your carry on because of the battery but no biggie. We have to do that with so many other useful things too! Buy it... this has a two year warranty as well which I have used with my old sonicare toothbrushes too and they always replace it and honor their warranty without any problems as log as you have an image of your receipt. If this broke and was out of warranty, I'd happily buy another that day.

Zero, if I could give it. I returned mine and Best Buy was great about the return. I previously had a WaterPik and this didn’t hold a candle. It wasn’t even close, I can swish and get better results.

    Great Portable Water Flosser

The size of this portable flosser is great. Its not too small but it’s not large and isn’t overly complicated to use. It charges relatively fast, but may have also be due to it already having some juice upon opening the box. It’s super easy to use, and even easier to clean. I like that I’m able to use it with diluted mouthwash, as long as I flush it with water after use so it doesn’t clog. Since the size is much smaller than a table top flosser, it does go through the water quite fast and you’ll need to refill to finish unless you’re great at getting it all done on one fill. There’s three buttons. One power, and two setting buttons. It also comes with two flossers, so if you want the comfort flosser, that’s a separate purchase. You can store one flosser at a time inside of the unit. There’s a place you can snap it in to dry. This was my first time using a water flosser and there is definitely a learning curve. I did as instructed but didn’t close my mouth all the way and boy, oh boy, lesson learned. The water went everywhere and splashed me in the face so hard. It was a huge laughable moment. But you get the hang of it soon thereafter. This handy flosser has some powerful water pressure. It’s not uncomfortable, but may tickle until you’re use to it. It does leave a much cleaner feeling in your mouth. I prefer this over traditional methods.

Terrible product, Sonicare used produce items of high quality - since Philips have taken over nothing lasts, they are overpriced and quality is compromised.

This product may work well for some people but i perosnally did not like it. I dont recommend this as the water empties too quickly and may require frequent refills and only includes two nozzle heads. There are similar products that have a larger reservoir and the ability to temporarily turn off the head.
