Good, Not Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.New version of the Sonicare. This one doesn't have a travel charger, which I think hurts the product greatly.

Powerful toothbrush
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used other Sonicare toothbrushes before but this one seems to be the most powerful. Charging the toothbrush is as simple as placing it in the included glass that is also useable. If you prefer not to use the glass, there is also a plastic piece that can be inserted on top of the charger, to hold your toothbrush and charge. I like the black finish, sleek and long neck and multiple brushing options. After using this toothbrush for the last couple of days, my teeth felt tingly and clean. I like that a travel case is included with the set so now I can take this with me on business trips. This is definitely the best toothbrush that I've used, but at this price point, it should be. If you don't mind dropping a couple hundred dollars on a toothbrush, this is definitely the one to get.

Good product but terrible reliability
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 3rd one. It stops working in about a year. I use the waratee with Sonicare to get a replacement. Use it until it breaks again then buy a new one....

Absolutely stay away from this product
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your money. This is great until you have to change the brushhead. Once that happens, it becomes wobbly and not at all as good as before. Whoever designed the charging base should be required to return all of their salary. it's horrible. I normally like Sonicare products but not this one. It would receive 0 stars if I could give it.

One of the best toothbrush in the market
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the best toothbrushes in the market. It’s always a debate which one is the best -the round brush head or flat brush head. I have used both and personally like the flat head because of its small size. It’s a little pricey and compares to other well known brands in the market. It’s worth the investment as personal hygiene is more important for me and this lives up to its name . I have tried the low end ones and ended up tossing those because of battery issues. This lasts for almost 8 days of regular use (2 times a day) with a single charge. The travel case and charger cable are real handy. The battery charge indicator blinks when its low on charge. The brush head is a little expensive, lasted about 2 months for my use. I specially like the fancy tooth brush charging glass and u don’t have to worry about plugging cord to charge the tooth brush. It’s waterproof and can be used in shower. It has several settings that you can switch between - i like the gum care and tongue clean options. I definitely saw a noticeable change in the teeth color in a month with regular use. Overall i rate it 5/5 for the features and hygiene it offers and there is no debate on the investment. My dentist personally recommended this toothbrush as well.

Slick Design and Features w/ One Big Flaw
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second Sonicare toothbrush, and while it's the more expensive of the two, it's my second favorite. This is down to one major design flaw that really detracts from the usability of it. First, I'll cover the positives. This thing is loaded with a plethora of different brushing modes and intensities, and is sure to work for anyone, no matter how sensitive your mouth is. The two including charging bases are really quite nice, though they both take up quite a bit of counter space; one of them is an actual glass which Philips says is intended to double as a rinsing cup, and one that is a more traditional base that you set the brush upright into. This is a different form of inductive charging than my other Sonicare brush, with a flat bottom instead of the pole that sticks up with the other one, which is a major bummer because it means my counter still has two chargers even though the brushes are both Sonicare. The black also looks really fancy, and the toothbrush feels really sturdy, lending to a feeling of quality. Now, the bad... As mentioned before, this thing has one major design flaw; it only has one button that serves two functions (powering it on and changing brushing intensity). You're not able to set the intensity level before turning the brush on, which frankly doesn't work very well in my opinion, and also means that if you turn the brush on and then try to quickly turn it back off (say to rinse it off), it just switches modes and doesn't turn off. You then have to cycle through all of the modes until you get to the off position. In theory, this shouldn't be much of a problem, but honestly, this is just an annoying thing to deal with that could be easily avoided by just relegating mode changes to a secondary button like my other Sonicare brush. In addition to this annoyance, the button also doesn't feel quite right, as it's actually somewhat difficult to press and almost feels like it's broken. I really like the Sonicare functionality, as it leaves my mouth feeling cleaner than my previous favorite, the Oral B with round brush heads. Because of the major design flaw mentioned above, however, I would not recommend spending up for this model, instead going for one with two buttons and better usability.

Quite Simply The Best
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Philips Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrush is the gold standard of electric toothbrushes. Philips has been producing Sonicare toothbrushes for years now and the DiamondClean is the ultimate expression of their design. The tooth brush feels great in the hand is well balanced. The toothbrush offers 5 different modes from standard cleaning to a sensitive mode and gum care. The DiamondClean head does an outstanding job of removing plaque and helping to maintain white teeth and healthy gums. My mouth feels clean and refreshed after using it which is always a great feeling. Battery life is great for travel. I haven't gone more than a week thus far without charging, but Philips says it can go two weeks between charges. A deluxe travel charging case is included in the higher end model, but is nothing more than a carrying case for this model. There is also an included charging glass to hold the tooth brush and wirelessly charge it too. My only real complaint is that it only comes with one brush head for $200. Extra heads can also be a fairly pricey, but that is fairly common across all electric toothbrushes. If you want the best, then this is it. I really can't recommend it highly enough.

Only last 2 years. Not worth the money!
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a basic rechargeable Philipe Sonicare toothbrush for almost 9 years. So when the old model gave out I decided it lasted a long time so I will invest in a higher model because I trusted the brand so I purchased the DiamondClean Classic rechargeable toothbrush for $300 on 10/11/2018 assuming I would get many years of use to make up for the high dollar amount. WRONG!!! It lasted BARLEY 2 years for that much money and from a brand that I once trusted a very disappointed customer. I do NOT recommend purchasing this product.

Cleans very well. Charging dock is weird.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used Sonicare tooth brushes for many many years. They all clean your teeth very well and I couldn't imagine going back to a regular tooth brush ever again. As far as cleaning goes, this DiamondClean Sonicare is top notch. Comes with a nice travel case, handle, brush head and charging dock. My only complaint with this particular Sonicare has to do with the charging dock. To me, it is a bit of a strange set up. You have your dock, of course, and you can use either the included drinking glass on top of the dock OR the plastic stand on top of the dock. If you use the travel glass with it you just set your tooth brush in the glass and it charges. I guess this would all be fine if my entire household didn't use a different style Sonicare charging dock. My whole family uses the docks with the plastic post that stick out which means I can't just use our existing dock. I now have to take up additional counter space and an outlet for my tooth brush. Overall, you can't go wrong with a Sonicare. They all clean very well so just pick one you like and is a good fit for you. This DiamondClean Sonicare is great. If it worked with my other charging docks if would get 5 stars.

Top of the Line, better check ups for sure!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using electric toothbrushes for years, from various mfgs., and, with out a doubt, this is the best one yet! Super powerful, multiple modes, and, after several days of use, I can feel and see the difference already! its a bit pricey, but good dental health is as important as good physical health, so why skimp when it comes to your well being? The only negative about this is at this price, there should be more than one brush included in the box..also, charging in the glass seems kind of cheesy to me, but, to each their own! Get this now, and fix your dental health..

WORTH IT!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing easier to review than a product that WILL speak for itself. This is the end all be all of toothbrushes. Granted these are not the most economical products on the market but it is SOOOOO worth it if you can afford it. I have used practically every toothbrush brand, model, and type out there but none compare to the Sonicare Diamond Clean (not even other Sonicare lower models - which I also have) I do not have great teeth but feel like I am doing something good for my body every time I brush. I have heard it said before, but you will get a true dentist clean feeling after each brush. Your teeth will thank you.

Not Impressed So Far
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had nothing but charging issues with this from day one. Am now waiting on a new handle to be delivered to me to see if that is the issue. I am now past the date to return it so I guess I'm stuck with it. In the charger for 24+ hours and battery flashing after one use. Truly disappointed.
