this replaced the standard brush head that came with the unit. a bit softer bristle, but does a great job. My teeth feel very clean.

Exact same heads that came with my brush originally and they work and last a lot longer than cheaper 3rd party ones I've tried.

Good brush heads for the diamond care series I like the indicator brissels

Prior to this toothbrush I had an electric brush with a round head. The diamond head toothbrush gives a much better clean.

I don't know that there is a major difference between the DiamondClean and the regular brush. Overall I think the Sonic Care is a great brush much better than the battery operated models and really more economical in the end.
