Not that it necessarily cleans better than other toothbrushes, but it teaches you basically how to brush (properly). I started off using the app and now I have no need for it. The charging cup is the best thing about it as well as the case it comes with.

It recently stopped charging, so I ordered a new one on 7/7/20 to replace it since I loved it so much. I received it on 7/9/20, and this morning the middle metal rod that you attach the toothbrush head to had come loose and the toothbrush head is no longer attaching properly now. It rattles like crazy before eventually falling off. ’m outside of my 15!?! day return window apparently, and can’t get anyone on the phone from Best Buy customer support to ask about it. I’ve been on hold an hour and a half now. For such an expensive toothbrush, there should be a much better guarantee since I’ve used this less than 3 weeks and it’s already broken. I suspect the product I received was defective since the exact same toothbrush I had prior lasted so much longer. What a waste of money

I was disgusted when it finally arrived when I seen the toothbrush was faded, yellowed, crusty and used. When I returned it the employees couldn't have cared less.

Great toothbrush...not sure how long it will last

After a month's use it feels like it is ready to give out. it is intermittently working and feels loose. That being said.... teeth are whiter and mouth feels cleaner.

Do I use the app every time I brush my teeth? No, because I don’t carry my phone with me everywhere I go. Otherwise, my teeth have remained cavity-free since I started using it and I replace my toothbrush heads every 3-4 months.

They had all ended up dying a year or two in to use. I decided to try an upgrade option to see if the more expensive brushes last longer and are more resilient. Unfortunately, they are not. This toothbrush died after about 15 months, which is crazy given the price. While it worked, it was an ok toothbrush. The smart features are ok -- they make you aware of how much time you're spending on the front/back of each area of your mouth. But they're pretty limited, if there's one tooth you always miss on one side, the software isn't going to figure that out. Overall: Skip this. Poor quality, mediocre features.

We would advise you to fully charge the appliance for 24 hours using the different chargers that came with your purchase while also trying other power outlets around your house and making sure there aren't any metallic surfaces interrupting this process. Also, please make sure your mobile phone and your app are updated to the latest version.
