Feels Great on my Teeth & Gums!

I own a similar tooth brush as this one by a different manufacturer, and that one actually hurt to use and led to my discontinued use of it, but this one feels much more gentle and has become my go-to tooth brush. It has multiple cleaning settings and comes with three interchangeable brush heads that will automatically activate certain cleaning settings depending on the particular brush head used. The set also comes with a pack of replacement brush heads. There is a charger that looks like a typical water glass that cordlessly charges the tooth brush (a very stylish and natural look for a charger), and I have not had any issues with battery life thus far. Bottom line, It feels absolutely GREAT in my mouth (Tongue, gums, inner cheeks, teeth), and I would recommend it to everyone I know in the market for an automated tooth brush..

This toothbrush worked great at first, but now it will not hold a charge after 2 years. This is compared to the cheaper Phillips toothbrush that my wife purchased for me a year earlier, and it's still operating just fine for $150 less. I would stay away from purchasing this one.

Love the toothbrush. A little on the expensive side but it has been the best toothbursh i’ve had. Great for gum health and to reduce staining. I love that it connects with the app so you can have a guided brushing session. The app also keeps track of when the brush head needs replacement. The glass charging cup looks sleek in the bathroom, and the travel case is great. I’ve had it for several years, so you can trust its longevity. It also comes with several brush heads so you will at least habe enough brush heads to last for over a year. Granted they are varies depending on what you’re wanting such as those for whitening and those for gum health. Get one. You won’t regret it.

I have used Philips Sonicare toothbrushes before and have always considered them to be the best. My last one lasted several years, so it was time to get a new one. The Diamond Care Smart Toothbrush seemed like the logical replacement. It comes with 3 toothbrushes, one for plaque removal, one for whitening and one for gum care. It also comes with a glass with a dual purpose of.rinsing your moth and recharging your toothbrush You get a very nice travel case too.. Everything from the toothbrushes to the travel case looks attractive and is obviously high quality. The main unit is Bluetooth compatible and connects to a Philips app which is intended to guide you thru plaque removal , whitening and gum care programs. It also supposed to show you which sections of your teeth you are brushing correctly and which areas you may have missed. The toothbrush will also illuminate at the bottom if you are applying too much pressure and gives a beep every 30 seconds to alert you to move on the next section in your mouth. Ideally you will spend a total of 2 minutes brushing your teeth. It will also alert you when it is time to change the toothbrush. So how does all of this work? Well , for the most part the toothbrush delivers. It cleans your teeth about as well as you can imagine. The product is easy to use, very attractive and of high quality. My gripe is with the app. I found it to be annoying to pair with my mobile device and I thought that the chart that analyzes the cleaning to be inaccurate. It would tell me that I completely missed a section of my mouth, which of course I didn't. I stopped using the app after a couple of days. The bottom line is I am very happy with the product, but I feel like the Philips engineers had too much time on their hands and added unnecessary options and unnecessary cost to this product by adding the Bluetooth and the app. The Philips Sonicare line is the best toothbrush product line on the market. I just think you could buy a lower model, without all the bells and whistles and be just as happy

This is an elegant toothbrush. Sleek and comfortable. It has led indicators on the handle to let you know which cleaning mode you're in (there are 4, depending on what your mouth needs). The mode is set by the brush head you choose to use by default but that can be over-ridden. The easy to use app allows you to track your brushing behavior. A handy tool. It has a visual pressure sensor to let you know if you're pressing too hard While brushing. It has a helpful brush head replacement reminder indicator. Cons: there is no place to store the extra brush heads. And those replacement heads are VERY expensive. The travel case on this model doesn't have a charger or I would have chosen to simply keep the toothbrush in that daily. It could have kept the head clean as well as store replacement heads all while charging. Instead there is a silly charging glass. I'm not fond of it as it takes room, the brush kind of lays in the glass looking sloppy on the counter. Overall it is a great toothbrush but I find the accessories lacking for such a pricey investment.

This is my 3rd Sonicare toothbrush and was excited to check out the app and the new features. The first thing I want to mention is that this brush is slightly different then the other brushes. It can be controlled by the brush or your phone. The settings are the same with all the brushes, whitening, deep clean, and so on. I love these different features but from what I can tell is that for example, with whitening it adds 30 seconds on to the brush time to go over the front again for an additional 30 seconds. The part I was excited the most about was the app. There are some pros and cons with this. PROS: when you select brush on the app it knows where you are brushing and tells you where and how much to brush each area with highlighted sections of your virtual mouth. Helps you keep brushing goals. Tracks the life of your brush head. Tracks number of brushes CONS: In order to get the most, you must open the app each time you brush otherwise it just knows you brushed. Very pricey Other than the app, same as the regular Diamond Clean Heads are pricey Overall, it is probably the best electric toothbrush on the market however there is a price for that. If you just want a good brush without needing the app, get the diamond clean or if you need the coaching and specifics, pay the extra $70. The app is okay and the brush is amazing. Super easy to charge and use but sometimes I just want to brush and go to bed, not pull out my phone and open the app to show what I pretty much already know.

I have wondered about the Sonicare toothbrush and it is everything I thought it would be. The package comes the toothbrush, charger, carrying case and extra brushes for each specific purpose. There is also an app to download to your smartphone. The first time using this toothbrush, I used too much pressure. Both the app and toothbrush gave warnings to use less pressure. Once I adjusted, there were no further issues. The app guides you what sections of your teeth and mouth to clean, as well as the time length and after you're done, any areas you may have missed. The app keeps track of each cleaning and gives advice for future cleanings. The clean is amazing. I feel like I just left the dentist office after my six month cleaning. You see and feel the difference compared to my old spinbrush.

Call me skeptical but when I first saw smart toothbrush I thought this has to be a gimmick. this sounds so dumb, well I am here to tell you that I was wrong. This has to be the best toothbrush I have used in general and the smart features help make it better rather try to be the main features. Its hard to describe how well it works besides saying after each brush session my teeth felt cleaner than with other brushes. I love that the app helps me get all areas of my mouth and not to miss anything. Is it expensive? yes but is it worth it? I would say yes it is worth it. I bought additional brushes so my wife could also use it. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a new toothbrush and wants something more than a regular one.

Say Goodbye to yellow and plaque-covered teeth

Say Goodbye to yellow and plaque-covered teeth The Phillips Sonicare Diamondclean Smart Rechargeable Toothbrush is amazing. I often wondered what all the fuss was about when it came to rechargeable toothbrushes. This is my first time owning a rechargeable toothbrush so I cannot compare it to other rechargeable toothbrushes on the market, but I can say that this one is one hundred times better than my standard toothbrush. I love the ability to be able to see the area I am currently cleaning/brushing on my smart phone and receive instant feedback, in real time, if an area needs additional cleaning. It allows you to see all four quadrants of your mouth and which side you’re brushing. It is set up to brush for 2 minutes and then allows you to see areas you missed and return to those areas until they are clean and free of plague. I quickly discovered that I was over brushing in some areas while under brushing in others. In just a weeks worth of usage, my teeth feel cleaning and look whiter. The app reminds me to floss, checks if I have rinsed and scrapped. It keeps track of how long I brush and how often. The app keeps track of usage and when it’s time to change the brush head; which is great because I truly never when it’s time to change my standard toothbrush. This toothbrush is powerful too; after my first use, I realized that I needed to close my mouth to avoid a toothpaste mess. I also had to use less toothpaste. During my first usage, my mouth felt a little sore (kinda like when I leave the dentist’s office after a six month cleaning). It’s good that this toothbrush comes with a gradual mode; which allows your gums to adjust to the toothbrush over time. While brushing, if you move too fast or apply too much pressure you notice a change in sound, the bottom of the toothbrush will light up and you will get a warning notice on your phone as well. It’s recommended that you brush twice a day, but I haven’t started that just yet and still find my teeth are clean throughout the day. The toothbrush fits well into my hand and isn’t difficult to hold while it does all the work. It comes with a neat holding glass that also charges the toothbrush so I don’t have to worry about it running out of power. It also comes with a nice travel case for taking it away from home and the case also charges your toothbrush. It comes with multiple brush heads that can be best used for what goals you have for your teeth (less plaque, cleaner gums, whiter teeth, etc.). Having this toothbrush is like having a personal dental coach directing your brushing. I’m even saving on toothpaste because it takes less than half of the toothpaste I used to use with traditional toothbrushes. I am so excited about this toothbrush and can't wait to go back to the dentist to get a favorable report. As a matter of fact, the app is packed with so much useful information that I wish it would also recommend the best toothpaste and mouthwash to use. It would be nice if it came with a scraper (I believe the other models provide one, but not this one). I also would recommend a tutorial video on how to brush as this toothbrush is really advanced. In closing, I’ve noticed that my gums aren’t as sore as they used to be when I used a standard toothbrush. In just one week of use, my teeth are whiter and feel cleaner. I find myself constantly running my tongue along my teeth because they are so clean and smooth. I actually look forward to brushing my teeth in the morning. I highly recommend this toothbrush. It may seem pricey, but takes all of the guesswork out of brushing.

I had an older Phillips Sonicare toothbrush and was using it for the last two years. This new brush blows it aways. It does an excellent job with cleaning and I like the fact that it comes with different types of brushes. In 2017, everything needs to be connected, so why not a toothbrush? Well the Sonicare app is actually very useful when brushing. You can see spots you missed and even set goals. It is nice to be coached on how I am brushing and what needs improvement. It would be neat if the app would send optional reminder alerts to brush. I've really enjoyed using this Sonicare; it has great build quality and does a wonderful job cleaning.

After using this toothbrush, it puts all other toothbrushes I have used to shame. It comes very well packaged and contains the toothbrush handle, a very cool charging glass and base, a very nice travel case and 3 different brushing heads. Setting up the charging base is great, just plug it into the wall, and just rest the handle of the toothbrush down in the bottom of the glass and it charges wireless. The glass sits sturdy on the charging base and is easy to clean. The bluetooth phone software is a nice feature to this toothbrush. It just requires downloading the Phillips Sonicare app, doing a quick sign up and the phone automatically pairs itself to the toothbrush. You do have to enable certain permissions that the app will ask you about in order to link the toothbrush. The app does seem a bit redundant and confusing to set up at first, but once done it is easy to use. Just go into the app, hit "brush" and turn on your toothbrush. It does come with a handy instruction guide to follow to help you along with accessing the app. It is also nice that it is not necessary to use the app in order to brush, but It is very cool to watch while you brush as it shows where you are brushing, times your brushing in each area, and the bottom of the brush glows to let you know if you are brushing too hard. The toothbrush comes with 3 different heads which are color coated around the edges of the bristles so you can easily find which one you want to use, and the travel case can carry 2 different heads. The battery is rated for a 7 day charge, and I have used for multiple days with out charging and it only seems to charge for a minute or so when put back in the glass. Very nice for road trips. The app gives a very delightful approach to brushing your teeth. It asks you what area you would like to focus on (like gum health, clean teeth, etc.) and there are different brush heads for those areas. It will put you on a little 21 day plan for brushing and even when you are done brushing it goes through a checklist to ask if you have flossed, used mouthwash or scraped your tongue. After your brushing is done, it shows you a map of your teeth and where you need more work in the future, and also shows a 3d visual too that you can rotate around. One of my favorite parts about the toothbrush is how long and thin the bristle head is. It is very easy to reach back and get all those hard to hit spots, and very easy to take on and off the handle. There are different cleaning modes and intensities you can pick on the handle, and will auto register which cleaning head you have attached and select the proper cleaning mode. My only gripe is it does not come with the tongue scraping head. Other than that I don't want to use any other toothbrush in the future! Love it!

Using this always make my mouth feel 10x cleaner than a regular toothbrush. The battery is amazing and lasts more than a month on a single charge. The charging system is a nice detail and the glass just fades out of the rooms decor unlike many other charging devices in my home. There is an added pressure light to show when your brushing too hard, and is a nice reminder to ease up The app is a little overkill imho. No mfg has topped Philips in this category to date, however the replacement heads are insanely expensive for what they are.

So I want to make a couple of things clear first of all. This toothbrush requires a bit of dedication in order to take full advantage of it. It will have you brush twice daily, including using mouth rinse and flossing. If you truly want to improve your oral hygiene then this is a great product that will help you get started with it even if you're not the best at brushing. It will help you every step of the way. While the toothbrush itself is the physical product it is meant to be accompanied by the app that is a free download. It will track the areas that you brush by pairing your smartphone with Bluetooth and show you where you are brushing properly and break it down for you. It really showed me better brushing habits so that I actually improved my brushing habits. It will also give you tricks and tips within the app as well. It will ask you if you flossed and used mouth rinse as well. The app really does make the product. The packaging for the product and what all it comes with is amazing. It has you pick a goal for your mouth and it comes with three toothbrush heads that it'll have you use. The toothbrush is wireless charging. It comes with a base, but it also comes with a glass that you put on the base and sit the toothbrush in. It also comes with a carrying case for travel, and the case itself feels like it's great quality. The toothbrush can also detect if you are brushing too hard and it will break that down for you after every brushing session and it is just something that takes a bit of practice that you'll get good at. The toothbrush has some force to it, but it is adjustable if it is too much for you, and it more than likely will catch you off guard if you are coming from a conventional toothbrush or a cheaper electronic toothbrush. The product may be expensive, but it certainly is a engineering marvel, and is absolutely worth it.

This being my first electric toothbrush, I can't really compare it to much. The sonicare variety uses vibration (a lot of it, with 3 levels of intensity) to clean your teeth. There are other units on the market that also spin, much like what is used in a dentist's office. I would have preferred this option, but it might not make a difference in the end. Either way, this toothbrush does seem to clean better than regular brushing alone. Using this with an app does seem a bit odd, but I'm a nerd when it comes to technology, so it doesn't bother me too much. Overall, I'm quite happy with this toothbrush. The travel case and glass charging stand are both nice included extras.

I am used to Oral B and having a very difficult time getting used to this toothbrush. The “sonic” motion actually hurts my teeth. My mouth is also very small and the oral b toothbrush fits my mouth better. My guess is that if it’s your first electric tooth brush it should be fine. I personally hate it.

I have used a $40 Sonicare electric toothbrush for the past two years. One of the things I have never been good at is replacing the brush heads. The Diamond Clean brush head flashes when it is time to change brush heads. The companion app also informs you of how many uses the brush head has. One of the most annoying things from my old electric toothbrush was the fact that the charge would stick to the bottom of the tooth brush, making it a pain to remove from the charger at times. This tooth brush uses a glass charger which is a wireless charging system. There is a little metallic puck that stacks underneath a water glass that is provided with the tooth brush. When you place the tooth brush inside the glass, it will start charging. No more stick to the charger and causing problems. The companion app forces me to brush my teeth actively. Both the app and the tooth brush tell me when I am applying too much pressure. The app let’s you know where you are not properly brushing your teeth and provides a timer. This will help me since I often cut my brush time short. The Diamond Clean is a premium tooth brush with advanced features I didn’t know existed. All of the data and features provided by the Diamond Clean will help me take care of my teeth. The methodic approach when designing this product shows, and the materials are premium. I will be buying one for my significant other.

I was interested in picking one of these up and by chance, it came across my screen. I never felt that I needed an app to show me how to brush my teeth, but I'm glad it's here. The App is very quirky; it doesn't stay centered and doesn't necessarily register the turns for inside / outside teeth. It did, however, remind me to be more diligent with flossing and 'scraping' -- something that I did with a toothbrush, but found that they sell 'scrapers' and boy are they great. Different goals allow you to take a few weeks & focus on different things like: plaque removal and teeth whitening. It's also very quiet - nobody knew I had an electric toothbrush before I mentioned it, as week after using it 2x a day. If you take the app with a grain of salt, you'll be fine; if you base your success on it, you're not really focusing on the right thing.
