Still is... but most of the smart features are, in my opinion, not at all useful after the novelty wears off. I'd try to find the older model DiamondClean 9000 and pick that up for a lower price. If price doesn't matter, then you're looking at a darn good product.

After one week of use, I've noticed my gums don't bleed as much. It also removes plaque very well. App is ok. Dont care for it. Toothbrush itself is well worth it.

Case does NOT recharge the toothbrush

The case that comes with it only carries the toothbrush and a brush. You’ll have to schlep along the glass charger in order to charge it despite the fact the manual shows the bottom of the case opening. It does not. I wish I had discovered this before it was too late to return it. If you want the rechargeable case you have to buy the more expensive model. No thanks. I’ll manually brush my teeth from now on.

Indeed, the travel case for this model is only designed to hygienically store the brush handle and brush head when you're on the go.
