It helps ensure you brush all critical areas of the mouth. Now I don't want to brush without it. Overall, the toothbrush is great! I took it traveling with me. Took a little more room in the bag than I was used to but overall a great experience. I really like the sensor that tells you when you are pressing too hard. If you have the money and need a new toothbrush, it's worth it.

Does not charge no lights nothing... and when I contact the customer care... they were not helpful at all!!! so I have a $200+ paper weight AGAIN DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I have loved all of my Phillips Sonicare products but this one beats all of the previous ones hands down! My teeth are even cleaner and my gums as always look amazing. Our hygienist always comments on my lack of plaque and tartar on my teeth and my great gum health. I tell her it is the toothbrush. I really love the charging glass. Looks classier and works just as well as the other chargers.

Was a bit hesitant to use at first but after a slightly messy start I got the hang of it. I downloaded the app to my ipad and used it for the first week just long enough to get used to the toothbrush. Would definitely recommend purchasing this.
