Then died, won't charge or won't engage, not sure what is wrong with it but it doesn't work.. It's been acting up prior as well, constantly doing its brush is low, even with brand new brushes... I've had 3 Sonicares, 2 are still working and they were the cheapest ones... Never ever will I spend a lot of money on anything from any company again... So sick of garbage products

We recommend leaving your toothbrush for 24 hours straight on the working power outlet and away from metal surfaces that may interfere during the charging. Sometimes fully charging your Sonicare can resolve the issue completely.
