You might have to charge before use, toothbrush is good, I don’t have any complaints with it. About the head, it’s kinda hard to put on the first time

I like the tooth brush. I’m just wondering if all the different modes actually says what it does? I see or feel no different. When changing the modes

If this is your first Sonicare, I'm sure it would be a 5 star. Coming from a 7100 to the 9300, though, I expected a more rich festureset in the app. The app doesnt give as detailed of a breakdown of your brushing as one would think; it separates your mouth into 6 zones, and is no more granular than that. If you brush outside of a designated zone (ex. Right top) it doesnt detect youve changed zones. All that said, as an overall toothbrush it's pretty great, Sonicare is hard to beat. You can get that same value at a lower price point if you donr care about the shoddy app, though.

This Sonicare Toothbrush was purchased as a replacement of a much older model. The BrushSync technology is nice and I no longer have to worry about choosing the correct setting for the different brush head types.

With a manual toothbrush it's easy to give a short, low quality brush and head off to bed. This makes sure I brush my teeth for 4 minutes twice daily. I literally feel the difference.

This is a great product. Works as described. You can download an app to use with it. Make me was missing some of the brushes but Phillips too care of that.

Teeth feel like they have been professionally cleaned every time I brush. There is a sensor if I brush too hard it stops and the wireless charger rocks! Fist time electric toothbrush and I love it

SonicCare toothbrushes are the best. My dentist says my teeth are WAY better.

The only issue I have with this model is that its "hard brushing" sensor is super sensitive. I have to hold the toothbrush with three fingers so that I'm not constantly bombarded with pulsing vibration and flashing lights. For this reason only did I give it four instead of five stars.

I have used sonicare products for years. I love the ability to track my usage. I wish the app tracked all 4 different modes, but it doesn't. You need to have the app open and ready before you begin brushing to track your brushing. The alerts to using too much motion and pressure are nice to have also.

Love this toothbrush! Also love the app. Helps you do a better job brushing and tells you when to replace the brush heads.

Great and gentle on your teeth. Works amazing, would recommend
