Mouth and teeth feel very clean and whiteness of teeth has improved. I have been using this now for a little over 2 months and happy I bought it. Actually like brushing my teeth every day now!

This one is significantly lighter, holds a charge much longer, and has several more options. I love the tone it makes every 30 secs and the charger is dual purpose. I ordered this online and it was easy peasy to pick up.

I bought it before with a 2 yr geek squad replacement plan. Now I have a brand new toothbrush plus with another 2 yr geek squad replacement plan all for free because it was within the warranty. Overall I never had a problem with the toothbrush until it broke. If you did not purchase the geek squad protection plan, phillips sonicare would have it replaced if its within warranty as long as you register your product after purchase. I only have to charge this toothbrush once a week, I feel that my teeth & gums are cleaner and I get less mouth sores from cuts using the regular big hard bristle toothbrush.
