I personally could not get used to the vibration.

Need to take a course to learn

But you need a masters degree in something in order to understand how the thing functions, how to use it and what u shouldn't do. If you buy, set aside 3 hours of uninterrupted time to learn the details.

Quit Working

Stylish, simple to use/charge, travels easily (love the case with USB cord), and cleans my teeth so well that others have noticed how much whiter they are. Yes, it's expensive, but I think it's worth it. One word of caution: if you aren't use to electric toothbrushes, start with the "sensitive" setting. A worthy investment!

Still the best brand for cleaning teeth out there but way over priced for the longevity. Need a better warranty or a better price reflecting the lack there of.
