Works good on face of teeth but doesn’t get gum lines good.

I had an oral b that wasn't doing a good job of getting my teeth clean. The dentist recommended a a sonicare instead. This toothbrush cleaned my teeth amazingly well. I am very careful about my oral hygiene and I only used it for about a week before going to my regular appointment. We the visit was a breeze and the dentist noticed a big difference. It also got my teeth whiter! The charger base is pretty cool. It also comes with a travel case that you can charge via usb. The cord from the charger is bulky and can't really be wound up around the base. It is purely an aesthetics issue that I don't really care for cords hanging around in the bathroom. I will just figure out a simple cord management item to cut down the cord clutter. This toothbrush is great.

This thing was the top of the line model...after about 2 months, it totally slowed down and basically just rubs your teeth. I really expected the premium edition to last a lifetime, but it's a total waste of money. The motor must have burnt out or something, it's worthless.

Bought this because the dentist recommended it to me but it didn't work like i thought it would. Splashed toothpaste and water everywhere and it didn't even feel like it brushed my teeth.

I bought several of these toothbrushes as gifts with one for myself. I have been completely impressed with it. It does give a bit of a tickle when you first use it, but as you keep using it, it gets better. Felt very clean after even one use. I really liked the induction charger so you can just set it back in its glass and it will charge up. Battery does last for about 2 weeks one one charge if you forget to charge it. The carrying case is nice and it does have a USB port to charge there too. It has 5 different modes: clean, white, polish, sensitive, and gum care. Very beautiful toothbrush and has the potential to make your smile look beautiful.

The control settings do not opporate as listed It seems that the toothbrush head does not connect to center as should

I have owned a different brand powered toothbrush for around 8 years. This DiamondClean is a lot better. It is actually fun to brush your teeth with this brush. I have owned this Philips for a few weeks now and honestly cannot think of any disappointments with this toothbrush. It is quiter, more power and gets my teeth whiter than my other brand name power toothbrush. I even purchased a DiamondClean for my wife also who loves her Philips too. My Son got my replaced toothbrush but I did put on a new brush for him. If you want teeth that feels super clean get this DiamonClean.

I was getting a lot of dental work done and I did some research because I wanted to cut down on the frequency of dental office visits and getting an electric toothbrush was at the top of my list, I was over the manual toothbrush. I have to say this device did not disappoint. I noticed a significant difference after my brushing experience, my mouth felt fresher and my teeth looked cleaner. My gums even stopped bleeding which used to be a frequent occurrence before purchasing my diamondclean. Furthermore, I really enjoy the innovation and the convenience of this device; charging glass, travel case, usb charger etc. After 3 years its still running strong.

Used product, had stains, terrible customer service

I have always been skeptical about electronic toothbrushes but after many recommendations from friends/family about trying it out, I decided to put this on my wish list. After using it, I have to agree that there is a noticeable difference between how my teeth feels after using it versus the conventional toothbrush! I highly recommend!

This brush is by far the best I have ever owned. I have owned many other toothbrushes, but none of them have done as good of a job as this one. One use of this brush and you will never look back. Well worth every penny!

My last Sonicare was ancient - about 7 years old with the screw-on heads that were expensive and also caused cleaning issues. I am in love with my DiamondClean and highly recommend to anyone who is still using a toothbrush or an outdated model. Your teeth and gums will feel 10x cleaner and if you travel then you will be pleasantly surprised with the case, glass, and usb charger! Awesome!!!!

Ok this isnt a cheap toothbrush to go tell your friends to buy it cause they will look at you like your insane to pay $220 for a toothbrush lol, ive got plenty of responses like that, but i have to say this toothbrush is amazing. I like the different features it has from clean to whiten, gum care, sensitive. Polish, and to top it off the glass to charge the brush is so cool, looks nice in the bathroom, after using this brush it feels like i just stepped out the dentist office, its that good. Its a good investment for yourself you will use it everyday if you think about it and its great oral hygiene. After using it in 2 weeks i saw definite improvements in my teeth, they are whiter and the freshness last for hours so no bad breath lol, it feels lkke its built to last the portable carrying case is a nice feature as well charge it with any usb output. So if u can shell out the $$ i would say do it, im sure theres other brushes that are cheaper that do the same but this has features others dont.

I finally bought this pink Sonicare after debating for a while after the last one broke. This is my 3rd Sonicare and I was worried about spending so much money and having another one break. I love the pink color and the carrying case is also great and very pretty in appearance for the ladies. The pink shade is a beautiful light pink. Perfect for me. I love the way the way the brush makes my teeth feel. Clean all day long. I love the settings too. I have had Sonicare toothbrushes for years and would never go back to the manual ones. So far I've had mine for a few weeks and it's working fine. I think the issue I had before with the Elite series was a weak internal metal rod that ended up being too loose for some reason. I am always careful with my things so not sure why it happened twice. I am glad to have the 2.5 year warranty and the extra brush heads. If there was any drawback I would say the pink handle is a little slippery to hold until you get used to it. It's very smooth. Loving my Sonicare!

First of all I never write reviews until now. I really wanted to warn anyone that have to deal with Philips warranty. Please understand the product is great unless it breaks. I love the product until after 8 months the handle will not charge anymore and hence the toothbrush will not turn on. I have to admit, it is somewhat upsetting that a toothbrush for roughly 200.00 bucks would last only 8 months but either way the handle was in warranty. When I called the warranty personnel, she was really fast and gave me a reference number for my replacement handle and instruct me to call back within 2-3 business days to receive my tracking number. She also mentioned the delivery time would be 7-10 business days from today (the day I am talking to her). Again, I love the product until it breaks which makes perfect sense to anyone that loves their product. Therefore within 2 business days, I chatted with the customer service regarding my order and they mentioned that there is no tracking number or anything and decided to mention to me that the item is not in stock, also please check in 2 business days. Ok, no problem. 2 business days later from the chat date, the next agent mentioned the item is in stock and no tracking number yet. They also mentioned that it will take 7-10 business days from when I first called. Finally, they mentioned to check back again in 2 business day. Ok, no problem. Anyways, the cycle continues until today. Today is the 10 business day and I decided to see what is going on. Of course! I receive the same answer as before but this time I wanted to talk to a supervisor. the supervisor gave me no tracking number which was suppose to be given to me 7-8 business days back and mentioned to follow back on Monday when the updated shipping detail will be available. I mentioned that I know it is not his responsibility but would like a shipping contact to see where the shipping is. Of course, no response. Please be aware of Philips warranty; it stinks! I wish I could say that you will get a truthful answer if you ever talk to them but I would be lying to you. 5 stars for the product when it works 1 star for the longevity of the product (should be longer because you spend 200.00 -> also surprised the agent first time I called that this expensive item was deflective) negative max stars for warranty -> when you spend a decent amount on the item, you would assume there is an honest answer of when you would receive your replacement item under warranty. But expect longer than the promised 7 - 10 business days.

We have tried several brands and this is by far the best one. It does a superior job cleaning.

After only a couple of days using the Diamondclean toothbrush, I already know I'll never go back to a standard toothbrush. The money is well worth it! Gives five different ways of cleaning, charge by just putting it back in the cup or case, and looks sleek.

This electric toothbrush does the job unlike the previous electric toothbrush I had. I recommend this toothbrush over a regular toothbrush simply because this electric toothbrush will clean better in less amount of time.

best toothbrush ever but price check at other stores before you purchase

About the time you think through what it costs to get any serious dental work done (crowns, implants, etc. can easily cost upwards of $1,000 per tooth) the idea of investing $200 in a toothbrush begins to make real sense. This is an upgrade for me - I had a Sonicare a long time ago and it finally 'died', and here some four or five years (and several crowns) later, I've gotten a new one. This unit is definitely an upgrade from the last model and a really impressive tool. The only critique I could possibly tender would be about the pamphlet (instructions) you get with this toothbrush - that could use a few more details. But it was all easy enough to figure out and I heartily recommend this toothbrush to anyone in the market. Oh yes...as others have said, the charger glass is a brilliant idea!
