At first she was hesitant about switching from Oral B because she previously didn't have a good experience with her old Philips toothbrush. Now her world has completely changed and she can't get enough of it! There are so many modes to choose from to fit your need. Oh, and the pink is cuuuute!

Battery died just after warranty expired.

This one was the DiamondClean. Looks beautiful and works great until it died. Just bought new toothbrush heads too... My wife's Oral B Braun meanwhile is on year 5. Hope this review will help others avoid the frustrations I experienced.

Easy to use, love it

It did take some getting used to as the first few times my gums tingled for several minutes after using it. I am very happy with how clean my teeth look and feel.

LOVE this brush

I feel like I just stepped out of the dentist office everytime I use this awesome brush. And the purple brush is beautiful! Glad I chose that color!

1-3 Year brush

Really Bad Customer Service

Phillips Sonicare told me that they would give me a 15% coupon toward another brush.,.......yeah, not going to purchase another one......sad way to treat a customer, they won't even allow me to send it to them for repairs!!!!
