Pros: Size Easily stored Usb-c charger Cons: Whole brush shakes not like the sonic care ultrasound vibration. But a 10 dollar mechanical brush shake. Expensive head replacement for what it is.

This model was designed as a more powerful version of a manual toothbrush, so while it is meant to vibrate, it's still certainly less powerful than a Sonicare. With regard to the brush heads, we suggest looking into our replacement brush head subscription.
