The product is WAY to soft also. Would do in a pinch if you don't pinch too hard...I gave it to my roommate as she might get some use out of it...Doubt it though

Thank you for taking your time to share your experience here. We're sorry that you are not entirely happy with your new Sonicare, though. Have you made sure to follow brushing instructions? The movements are slightly different than the ones used for manual brushes. To achieve optimal results, please, place the toothbrush bristles against the teeth at a 45 degrees angle, and press gently to make the bristles reach the gumline or slightly beneath it. Brush your teeth with back and forth strokes. To clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and make several up-and-down strokes. After you have completed the brushing cycle, you can spend additional time brushing the chewing surfaces of your teeth and areas where staining occurs. You can also brush your tongue, with the toothbrush turned on or off, as you prefer.

On the back of the package states that the toothbrush takes a AAA battery, that the battery lasts for 90 days and the travel case. It also states that the toothbrush has the two minute quadpacer. I currently own a full size sonicare toothbrush and I must say first off that I am glad that I got this toothbrush. I was just saying to myself I wish I had a smaller, simpler toothbrush. I do miss the different settings but this a great addition to my travel bag once I begin to travel again. The toothbrush is sleek and there is one power button on the front. The bristles are soft and keep in mind, just because its smaller and thinner, it still brushes great. I find myself using this brush more because of the nice sleek travel case. The case cover covers 80% of the toothbrush and it snaps closed. The toothbrush with the case is also thin enough to fit in the toothbrush holder in the bathroom with the rest of the families toothbrushes. Another great thing that is still there is the 30 second quad timer. The toothbrush makes a pulse vibration when it is time to switch to the next quad. It also makes multiple pulses when its almost time to stop. Overall, I love that I am still getting the same great clean as my other sonicare toothbrush and I get an additional case for the brush. Win Win! Would I recommend to friends and family! YES!

The handle vibrates, however the toothbrush head does not. If you take a normal Sonicare and put it under a stream of water the vibrations part the water and make a mess. This does nothing. Don’t waste your money, even for travel.

I bought for travel & didn’t use it until 3 months after purchase or I would have returned it. I can’t believe they pass this off as a electric toothbrush.
