No Quality

First one, I opened up, everything was fine, but when I go to make sure its fully charged, a piece of it falls off the bottom when I remove the cap. I returned it and bought another one, thinking I just got unlucky, but no, the second one had a crack in the same spot before I even opened it. I never even got to use it.

This is nowhere near as good. The brush head doesnt move at all and feels like its just a normal toothbrush that vibrates slightly. Disappointed.

Initially, upon opening my package the actual whole box the toothbrush comes in was WET I don’t know how the TOOTHBRUSH BOX got wet but the actual shipping box didn’t but…yeah. It was all a disappointment and a waste of 30 odd bucks. Wouldn’t recommend this particular toothbrush for anyone, honestly.
