Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the Power Flosser 3000 Cordless' ease of use, long battery life, and thorough cleaning capabilities. Many appreciate its power and the multiple nozzle options available. However, some users find the water pressure to be insufficient and the device somewhat large. The small water reservoir also requires frequent refills.

Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser 3000
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have waited to get one of these things for the longest and I'm glad I was able to grab this when it came along. I received my Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser 3000 about a week ago and have been using it daily since (sometimes 2 and 3 times a day). This thing is amazing. Inside the box along with the Cordless Power Flosser comes, F1 Standard Nozzle, F3 Quad Stream Nozzle, USB-C Charing Cable, USB Wall Adapter, and User Manual. At first glance this thing looks kinda big and somewhat awkward to hold, but you'll get used to that in no time. To start, simply plug the USB-C Charging Cable to the charging port on the back of the upper portion of the power flosser. Once fully charged, you can fill up the reservoir to the Max level on the back of the tank. Now you can fill up the reservoir one of 2 ways, either through the side port on the reservoir tank or twist off the top part of the flosser and fill the tank through the wide mouth. Once you have your tank full, simply reattach the top portion of the flosser and add either the Standard Nozzle or the Quad Stream Nozzle until you hear a click. And you're ready to go. Caution: Do not press the power button (like I did) before you have placed the nozzle inside your mouth. I pressed it not realizing (and I don't know why I didn't realize what was going to happen) that it was really ready to go and water shot out really fast, spraying my face and mirror. So just be careful. Now on the front of the power flosser you can adjust the intensity of the water pressure and change the setting from Clean to Deep Clean. The Standard Nozzle felt really good, but the Quad Stream Nozzle felt amazing. After using it the first time, it felt almost as if I had just left my dental office. This is an amazing product and I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice cordless power flosser and its accurately priced in my opinion. One final note, the battery life on this flosser has been superb. Philips rates this as having a 14 day battery life. So we'll see how that holds up, but so far after about a week's use, it's still going strong.

I love it until it stopped charging!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it less than 2 months ago and it doesn't charge at all... already?!! Why would you put usb-C charger on a product like this if it's having issues with moisture detection already!!! If Philips refuse to fix it would be the worst flosser I've had far!

Broken within first month
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Machine broke within the first 30 uses. It no longer pumped water and after checking it wasn’t clogged, I figured it was just a bad product. I’m hoping I will be able to get it replaced since i do like the way it works.

The best dental water jet around
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this thing! I have had a variety of WPs over the years and the thing I always detested about them was the stupid spiral plastic cord which got in the way and was just an utter mess to keep clean etc. I always avoided these cordless ones because I imagined they'd lack the power. I was totally wrong. This has more than enough power and I am never using the max level. I can use this and wipe it off with a towel and it's clean... and dry. Literally the only thing I'd change about this would be a slightly larger reservoir for the water because I, not all the time but often, run out like 10 seconds too fast... but no big deal, I just put some more in quickly by flipping open the port, fill and close. Honestly, this for me is perfect not to mention, it is totally travel ready. Yeah, you might need to take the hand piece in your carry on because of the battery but no biggie. We have to do that with so many other useful things too! Buy it... this has a two year warranty as well which I have used with my old sonicare toothbrushes too and they always replace it and honor their warranty without any problems as log as you have an image of your receipt. If this broke and was out of warranty, I'd happily buy another that day.

Go for the WaterPik
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Zero, if I could give it. I returned mine and Best Buy was great about the return. I previously had a WaterPik and this didn’t hold a candle. It wasn’t even close, I can swish and get better results.

Great Water Flosser No Strings Attached
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first water flosser and I was curious on how well it could clean, compared to dental floss. My teeth are tightly spaced and many dental flosses I’ve used break during flossing, except Oral-B Glide. I have not been interested in a countertop water flosser since they take up my limited countertop space and require an outlet nearby. This water flosser seemed to help remedy these two issues. With a push of the release button and alignment of the notch on the flosser head, I was able to secure the attachment quickly and easily. I first used the regular head on “Deep Clean” mode and the highest pressure. Even though I found these settings perfect, my wife felt like the pressure was too high. The total clean time was about 60 seconds, but I noticed the reservoir only lasted about 40 seconds and only was able to clean the bottom teeth front and back before requiring a refill. The cleaning felt amazing, and I flossed with regular dental floss afterwards to test how well it cleaned, and the floss did not pick up any additional plaque. I then tested the quad stream nozzle, but noticed a much weaker stream of water through my teeth. Even though I did not find that the quad stream nozzle cleaned as effectively as the regular one, it did provide a nice gum massage. The quad stream nozzle was also great at cleaning the tongue, as it was the perfect pressure. I highly recommend this water flosser for the best oral hygiene. At the moment, this will not replace my dental floss entirely since I was unable to verify how much plaque remained. However, this water flosser will definitely be part of my oral hygiene routine.

What All Flossers Should Be
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very biased towards all Sonicare line of Philips products. I have never been disappointed. They’re simple to use. They are very effective. And it’s probably the most recommended brand by dentists. This Sonicare flosser is no exception. Flossing is good, but water flossing is the holy grail. It has been shown in clinical trials many times over that it not only cleans your teeth, but also protects and strengthens your gums, preventing gingivitis, for instance. This flosser works great with either nozzle. I had used this type before, so I had no problem with it, but for first timers, please be aware that you could spill water everywhere, including your bathroom mirror and clothes. The good news is that once you get used to it, you will probably never think of flossing any other way. I do like that you can stop/start the flow using just the wand. That’s a handy feature, especially for newbies. Previous types I used, required to reach out to the main unit where the water tank is. Not this Sonicare model. Maybe I could say a lot more, like how clean my mouth feels, and so on, but it is Sonicare. If you know this brand, you know it is worth more than the money you pay.

Works well
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will start this review by saying that I have very sensitive gums as well as cold and hot sensitivity on my teeth. So, this review is mainly for people who may be suffering from these same symptoms and what they can expect from this device. Out of the box you can tell it is a very quality product, I would expect nothing less from Sonicare. The build quality is great, using very thick plastics to give it a solid feel in your hand. The controls are also very easy to operate, and as always, Sonicare uses very minimal controls to make it easy for everyone to use. Its very easy to pop on the desired tip (it comes with 2 different ones included) and its also very easy to refill the bottle. You can either unscrew the top or there is also a little latch on the bottle that you can open and refill it without taking the top off. Here comes the first problems I had with the device. I wish there was some kind of lock feature so that even if you press the power button the unit won’t turn on. Often times when I was filling it, I would accidentally hit the power on button and it would start spraying water all over the place. You have to be very careful when handling or unscrewing the top or this will happen. Once I got that figured out there really is only one other control and that’s to set the pressure, I guess you’d call it. There are 3 different levels that you push one button for and it cycles through them. The level is indicated by 1, 2, or 3 lights. As stated, before I have sensitive teeth with cold/hot sensitivity. I also have a hard time flossing the regular way because my gums bleed very easily. That’s why I thought this would be a great alternative to traditional flossing. I found it very hard to get a water temperature that didn’t bother my teeth. Either too cold, or too hot and it was very hard to get it just right. Once I was able to get the right temperature, I found that the device worked well at getting things out from around my gums and in between my teeth. If you have sensitive spots on your teeth, be prepared to experience a little pain though when you spray them. I had to use the lowest setting, because at the higher ones it was a little painful to use. One other thing to be aware of is that this thing is continually spraying water in your mouth for a minute so you have to simultaneously spit out the water while using the device. It does pulse every 15 seconds to let you know to switch to a different quadrant of your mouth. I think it would have been better to have it go for 15 seconds then stop to allow you to spit out the water, then push the start button again to continue to the next quadrant. That way all that water wouldn’t be building up in your mouth. So, just be prepared that its going to make a mess when you are using it and you’ll have to be bent over the sink to avoid getting water everywhere. You pretty much get 1 use out of 1 tank full of water so you’ll have to fill it each time you want to use it. The device itself is also pretty large and won’t fit in most cabinets or drawers easily. So be prepared to have it sitting out on your countertop. With the spray head on, it is 12 inches tall. Overall, it’s a great concept and is very effective at spraying things out from in between your teeth and around your gums. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a lot of sensitivity though. If you can deal with a little water splashing around it would be a great option for you.
