Terrific product and delivery

Even after brushing and regular flossing, the water flosser displaces a surprising amount of particles, while giving my gums a great massage. Plus, Best Buy delivered faster than my Prime account promised. Win-Win.

Great…But its failing after 5 months

I bought mine 5 months ago and the pump just started to intermittently fail. I need to turn it on and off to resume but then the timer resets. Loved it and now disappointed. Will contact Philips. Best but says i will get “promotional value” for a posted review. I didnt know that, this review is my exact experience. Great but the pump is failing after 5 months.

It outperforms the others hands down - roomy reservoir, great pressure with 3 speeds, & travel-friendly!

If ur on the fence take the plunge. You have to use it in the shower, it is messy. But worth it and it was on sale! Their support line is great too.

They sell you the item but when you go to pick it up……..they’re out. Sort of like the Seinfeld rental car bit. “You know how to take the reservation, but you don’t know how to keep the reservation”. So we are done, Best Buy. There are so many better options out there. Amazon, other stores, anything else. Every time I have entered your store I’ve left unhappy. Well, no more.
